If you are not familiar with IEC's Manpower Coordination Program (MCP), you will be pleased to learn how it will benefit you, even in a slow economy. It's not just about hiring.
Letting go of valuable employees is painful. As a member of the MCP, you will have the opportunity to loan field workers to other MCP members.
You will also have the opportunity to borrow experienced people from other MCP members.
Be ready for the next job, instead of scrambling to hire experienced field workers for a short time.
Would you like to save some of your overhead dollars? Stop paying advertisement to hire. It is included in the MCP monthly fee. You give me your hiring requests and I handle the advertisement.
This is just a small part of what the MCP offers. Each week, I provide a list of experienced electricians (the 'Available Workers' list) to all MCP members for review. If there's an interest in anyone on the list, I can provide the information you need for interviews.
By joining MCP, you'll get first opportunity to choose new employees for hire. I recruit field workers continuously, and maintain a database to pull from. This is a savings for you both in cost and time.
If you would like to join the MCP program or recieve information, please contact Josh Fuller at (727) 499-0727 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
